We wanted to take this opportunity to wish our patients and their families a peaceful festive period, and to thank you for all the gifts and cards which have been dropped into the Practice over the last few weeks. These have been very much appreciated by all our Staff in the midst of a busy season.
Telephone System
We wanted to let our patients know that we have upgraded our telephone system within the last 2 weeks. We listened to patient feedback reporting suboptimal performance, and that lines were frequently getting cut off. Our Practice Manager has worked closely with our telephone provider to resolve these issues, and this has now resulted in a complete upgrade of the system. We hope this will improve our patients' experience in accessing our services. It has been a particularly busy winter so far, and we continue to appreciate your patience as our staff work hard to safely align demand and capacity.
