Cherryvalley Group Practice are pleased to let you know that we anticipate the arrival of the Astra Zeneca / Oxford vaccine during the first week of January.
If you are in the over 80 age group, you will receive a letter with an appointment to attend the vaccination clinic for your first dose on Thursday 14th January at Knock Presbyterian Church (King's Road). Please make every effort to attend when invited.
We wish to thank Knock Presbyterian Church who have generously allowed us to use their facilities for the vaccination campaign. This will ensure that we can maintain adequate social distancing measures and therefore carry out more vaccinations in a timely manner.
At present we have not been given a timeframe for the other 'at risk' groups, but please be assured that we will make every effort to offer vaccination when we are authorised to do so. We will continue to keep our Practice website updated and would ask that if possible you do not phone the Surgery to enquire about timescale.
